Wiring the defrost heaters in a fridge to the heating side of a thermostat to keep a constant temperature?
Adding health food store yeast (eg Natures Own Nutritional Yeast) to a starter as a yeast nutrient?
Using sodium percarbonate solution as oxygen generator for oygenating starter/wort.
